Nationale-Nederlanden seeks a Senior Accounting Innovation & Management Specialist to lead the transformation of our accounting function. You will be responsible for driving automation, digitalization, and process optimization across our accounting systems, with a focus on life insurance operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage the automation of accounting processes and optimization of accounting systems.
- Act as the responsible person for projects focused on digitalization and streamlining of accounting and client payment matching for life insurance.
- Analyze and work with data within accounting systems.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for accounting systems.
- Monitor legislative changes and implement them into internal regulations and practice. Collaborate on updating internal regulations.
- Act as a deputy in the entrusted area. Perform individual tasks not listed in the job description based on supervisor's instructions.
