Baptist Health is hiring a Cardiac ICU RN Registered Nurse to join our team at Baptist Medical Center South. This individual will be responsible for supervising and coordinating nursing personnel to ensure high-quality, continuous patient care within the critical care environment.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing personnel on shift, weekends, and holidays.
- Ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, planning of care, and performing care interventions.
- Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians in the planning and implementation of patient care.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Nursing.
- Active RN licensure.
- BLS certification.
Nice to Have
- A BSN degree.
