FMC is seeking a Field Technician to execute key daily field activities in the Bicol Luzon region. You will serve as the critical link between FMC’s commercial strategies and field execution, ensuring all engagements are conducted professionally and reflect our company values.
What You'll Do
- Execute product demonstrations, retailer visits, and end-user engagements with consistency and professionalism.
- Implement demand creation initiatives and field programs effectively, providing technical support and field insights.
- Monitor competitor activities, including product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Report field indicators like Move Out Sales (MOS), crop development stages, and area challenges to your Field Supervisor.
- Share feedback on product performance, customer concerns, and technical positioning to bridge field and commercial teams.
- Drive retailer and key farmer engagement programs to ensure consistent messaging and product visibility.
- Ensure accurate product positioning by reinforcing correct product usage, benefits, and differentiation.
What We're Looking For
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for frequent travel across your assigned territory.
- Demonstrates a solid and trustworthy professional background with integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Capable of confidently delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
- Flexible to work Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Nice to Have
- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related field is a strong advantage.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to a Field Supervisor and be part of a team dedicated to connecting FMC's commercial strategy with on-the-ground execution.
Work Mode
This role requires local travel across the Albay, Bicol region.
