Samsung Electronics America is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead our search for elite engineering and research talent. You will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top professionals for specialized R&D roles, helping us stay at the forefront of technology and shape the future of our industry.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles in R&D, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for specialized positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop customized recruitment strategies and execute executive recruitment for various levels from individual contributors to leadership roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates with expertise in GPU development, semiconductor technologies, machine learning, AI, and related fields.
- Foster strong relationships with top talent, providing an exceptional candidate experience and aligning them with opportunities within Samsung.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical experts to streamline the hiring process, provide industry insights, and inform recruitment strategies.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, using data to drive improvements and best practices.
- Elevate Samsung's employer brand in the GPU and semiconductor sectors through close collaboration with branding and marketing teams.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- 5+ years of executive recruitment experience in the semiconductor, GPU, or high-tech industry, supporting R&D functions.
- Proven track record of recruiting senior technical talent, including executives and leaders, in a fast-paced market.
- Experience with international recruitment, GPU-specific technologies, and highly specialized roles in GPU research, AI, and semiconductor engineering.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, including GPU architecture, semiconductor technologies, machine learning, and software development.
- Expertise in recruiting tools, platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub), and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
