About the Role
This role is responsible for leading full-cycle technical recruitment, building relationships with hiring managers, and executing sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for engineering and technology positions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles in engineering and IT
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and priorities
- Develop and apply innovative sourcing methods to identify top talent
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview schedules
- Partner with HR and legal teams on compliance and documentation
- Use applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
- Attend career fairs and campus events to promote employment opportunities
- Provide market insights and talent trends to stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical roles and industry developments
- Evaluate sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Align recruitment strategies with business goals
- Drive time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics
- Build talent pools for critical technology areas
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes
- Represent the organization as a talent advisor
- Stay compliant with employment laws and company policies
- Mentor junior team members on best practices
