About the Role

Hive is looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join our commercial teams and drive the expansion of our partner network. You will own the full partnership lifecycle and be a key contributor to our continued growth by building strategic relationships in the live events industry.

What You'll Do

  • Own the partnership growth strategy: identify and prioritize potential partners and key personnel within the live events industry.
  • Continually evaluate and refine partnership strategy based on performance metrics and industry trends.
  • Oversee the partnership lifecycle: collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless partner onboarding and integration.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, taking proactive steps to address issues and optimize revenue growth.
  • Drive revenue expansion and account growth by identifying opportunities within partner organizations.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner's needs and objectives to inform tailored growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on partnership objectives.
  • Share insights and feedback from partners to inform product development, marketing, and customer success.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management or business development.
  • Experience ideally within music, live events, or the ticketing ecosystem.
  • A track record of developing and achieving revenue growth through partnership channels.
  • Experience identifying and expanding revenue opportunities with existing partners.
  • Experience obtaining new partnership opportunities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify trends and opportunities within market and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Hungry to develop and execute strategic plans to expand partner networks and maximize revenue.
  • Highly empathetic and able to synthesize partners’ pain points and opportunities.
  • Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and passion for driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or email marketing is a strong asset.
  • Previous experience nurturing relationships with promoters, marketers, or venues.
