Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and formalize agreements with new implementation and reseller partners experienced in CPM/EPM and ERP domains
- Lead structured onboarding initiatives to ensure partners are equipped and prepared for success
- Deliver training on go-to-market strategies, product benefits, and technical features in coordination with the Solutions team
- Empower partner technical teams via workshops, practical sessions, and detailed documentation
- Act as the main liaison for designated partners, maintaining consistent communication and building collaborative relationships
- Offer continuous support and strategic direction to help partners meet their business objectives
- Jointly develop business plans emphasizing lead generation, sales goals, and revenue expansion
- Track and report on partner performance to ensure adherence to KPIs and program targets
- Partner with marketing to plan and execute co-branded campaigns, events, and strategies that boost pipeline development
- Supply partners with marketing materials, campaign toolkits, and access to co-marketing initiatives when applicable
- Coordinate with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure partners have necessary support and resources
- Collect and relay partner insights to internal teams to support ongoing product and process improvements
