We're seeking our first paralegal – a versatile generalist who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and can manage everything from dispute support to contract negotiations within a dynamic, collaborative environment. What you'll do: - Assist with legal request intake and triage, ensuring efficient routing and tracking - Serve as primary contact for internal teams seeking legal support - Manage subpoena and government inquiry responses, including document review - Administer legal holds and coordinate eDiscovery processes - Partner with Customer Support to resolve disputes and legal inquiries - Coordinate customer communication campaigns for privacy updates - Support global sanctions compliance monitoring - Build and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and self-service guides - Develop training and enablement materials - Project-manage cross-functional legal initiatives - Support Legal team administration - Negotiate commercial agreements - Support corporate governance and transactions - Collaborate with Legal Operations to: - Identify process improvement opportunities - Optimize legal technology tools - Leverage AI to transform legal workflows - Track performance metrics Who you are: - Paralegal certificate with 7-10 years experience in law firms/in-house legal departments - Comfortable with technology platform usage - Experienced across multiple legal practice areas - Proficient in eDiscovery and document management - Strong project management skills - Curious about AI's potential in legal practice - Exceptional communicator - Collaborative and solution-oriented - Adaptable in fast-paced environments - High integrity and excellent judgment - Skilled at building cross-functional relationships We are an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace. Base salary range: San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, Los Angeles: $157,100 - $193,600 USD Other locations: $141,600 - $175,100 USD
