What You'll Do
As a Senior Paid Social Strategist, you’ll shape and manage paid advertising strategies for mid-market and enterprise clients, focusing on LinkedIn and Meta. You’ll build quarterly plans that align with business goals, craft and refine audience targeting, and optimize budgets to maximize return on investment. Your work will center on generating SQLs and customers using a disciplined Customer Generation framework.
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with internal teams and external partners. Each week, you’ll coordinate with vendors to assess performance, improve workflows, and maintain high-quality execution. You’ll also validate CRM lead routing accuracy and support cross-sell and referral opportunities by nurturing trusted client connections.
Collaborating closely with the Associate Director, you’ll track progress toward internal and client objectives, while staying ahead of platform innovations in programmatic and emerging ad formats. Your ability to interpret data and communicate insights will guide strategic decisions across campaigns.
Requirements
You bring at least two years of experience from a performance or digital marketing agency, with direct work on B2B client campaigns. You have deep hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, including experience with conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and other ad units. Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and CRM systems is essential, along with strong skills in Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel for performance analysis.
You understand the full lifecycle of paid media—from keyword research and ad copywriting to bid management and audience segmentation by job title, seniority, and tier. You’re experienced in measuring success through OCT or similar performance frameworks and can clearly translate strategy into data-driven narratives. You’re highly organized, able to manage multiple clients and priorities without sacrificing quality, and driven by curiosity and a competitive spirit.
This role requires occasional travel—approximately once per year per client—for in-person meetings. You thrive in a future-focused, people-first culture that values diverse perspectives and inclusive practices.
