About the Role

ethoslife is hiring a Senior Paid Social Creative Strategist to shape creative strategy across key paid social platforms and drive tangible business results. This data-driven, creatively-minded role translates consumer insights and performance data into high-converting ad creative for our direct-to-consumer brand.

What You'll Do

  • Shape the roadmap and build a robust pipeline of performance creative for paid social advertising across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
  • Stay on top of trends and competitor strategies to identify the next breakout format or platform for a competitive edge.
  • Conduct deep consumer research to understand audience pain points and motivations, translating insights into powerful ad messaging.
  • Review all creative assets for message clarity, strategic alignment, and adherence to direct response best practices.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to the creative team to ensure assets are optimized for performance on each platform.
  • Collaborate closely with media buying and growth teams to analyze ad performance data and identify opportunities for creative testing.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience as a Paid Social Creative Strategist or in a similar performance creative role, with a strong focus on direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Proven experience working for brands with non-physical products, such as in the fintech space.
  • Deep knowledge of direct response best practices and a track record of creating high-performing ad creative.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a strategic approach to paid social advertising and an understanding of what drives conversions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate strategic rationale and provide constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in leveraging performance data to inform and optimize creative decisions.

Nice to Have

  • An innate curiosity for social media trends and a proactive approach to sourcing competitive inspiration.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $114,000 - $203,000

Work Mode

This role follows a hybrid work model and is open to candidates in the Remote US, San Francisco, California, and other locations in the United States.
