Location Fully Remote | 8:15 AM to 5 PM CT Role Overview The Senior Digital Advertising Specialist will orchestrate multi-platform promotional campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to accelerate digital commerce expansion. The position will strategically optimize a $3M annual marketing budget, evaluate performance metrics, spearhead experimental initiatives, and interface across departmental teams to deliver measurable results. Proficiency in business-to-business marketing is mandatory, with supplementary expertise in industrial, manufacturing, or water/wastewater domains considered advantageous. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution - Direct planning, implementation, refinement, and reporting of digital advertising initiatives across Google Ads (primary), Meta, and LinkedIn. - Engage with sales and technical teams to guarantee strategic synchronization and information exchange. Budget Management - Supervise and optimize a $3M annual marketing budget. - Ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize return on investment across all channels. Data Analysis & Reporting - Monitor critical performance indicators including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. - Generate periodic reports and strategic insights for leadership. A/B Testing & Optimization - Conduct A/B experiments on creative materials, audience targeting, and landing page configurations. - Continuously enhance campaigns to improve performance and conversion rates. Qualifications Experience - 5+ years managing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, preferably serving eCommerce clients. - Background in business-to-business marketing emphasizing lead generation and customer acquisition. - Experience managing substantial marketing budgets (preferred). - Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, or water/wastewater sectors (preferred).
