About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns across search, social, and display channels
- Develop audience targeting strategies using first- and third-party data
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics platforms
- Optimize bids, creatives, and landing pages for improved conversion rates
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets
- Manage budgets across multiple accounts and ensure efficient spend allocation
- Conduct A/B testing to identify effective messaging and formats
- Stay current with platform updates and emerging digital advertising trends
- Build and maintain dashboards for real-time performance tracking
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights
- Coordinate with account managers to align campaigns with client goals
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and brand guidelines
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions
- Lead client-facing presentations and performance reviews
- Mentor junior team members in best practices for paid media
- Use automation tools to streamline campaign management tasks
- Integrate CRM and marketing data for better attribution modeling
- Manage UTM parameters and tracking infrastructure
- Evaluate new advertising platforms and pilot test opportunities
- Support the development of media plans and client proposals
