Lead strategic direction and execution of multi-channel paid campaigns across Search, Display, Social, Programmatic, and Flighted media for clients in fast-moving industries. You’ll shape media plans from concept to completion, ensuring every decision aligns with measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end media strategy, including platform setup, budget forecasting, pacing, and real-time optimization across digital and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with client success teams, planners, and project leads to define campaign scope, goals, and performance benchmarks.
- Manage full budget lifecycle—from allocation to spend adjustments—ensuring maximum return and accountability.
- Negotiate flighted media placements to secure optimal reach and value for clients.
- Produce detailed performance analyses that explain trends, root causes, and next-step recommendations tailored for executive audiences.
- Uncover growth opportunities through audits and support business development by presenting insights directly to prospects.
- Align strategy with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years managing complex paid media campaigns at scale, with proven ownership of large budgets.
- Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic buying platforms.
- Strong experience connecting GA4 and CRM data to evaluate performance and optimize spend.
- Ability to distill technical results into clear, strategic narratives for leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass background and reference checks.
- Available to work core business hours (8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. PT, Mon–Fri), with occasional after-hours availability for urgent matters.
- Willingness to be on-site in Reno or Las Vegas 2–3 times per year for three-day stretches, plus travel as needed for client engagements.
Preferred Experience
- Prior agency experience, particularly serving Travel & Tourism or B2B clients.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, or Funnel for data integration and reporting.
Work Environment
This role supports a hybrid model—remote work is permitted, ideally near Reno or Las Vegas. Periodic in-person collaboration is expected, along with travel for client-facing projects.
