Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient workflows that enhance team productivity and project outcomes
- Lead media planning, research, and strategic roadmap development across diverse client engagements
- Coach and develop team members through feedback, training, and leadership opportunities
- Manage client relationships through onboarding, business reviews, and ongoing strategic conversations
- Monitor performance metrics and report on KPIs to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from project inception through optimization

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multi-channel performance campaigns with monthly media spends exceeding $200k USD at positive ROI
- Track record of mentoring junior staff and advancing team capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Data Studio
- Experience across diverse verticals including ecommerce and lead generation
- Skilled in pacing, forecasting, and measuring marketing impact on business outcomes
- Effective communicator who can explain concepts like attribution, incrementality, and KPI strategy to clients
- History of managing stakeholder relationships through regular meetings and asynchronous channels
- Ability to navigate complex situations while maintaining focus on shared objectives
