As an Account Strategist in Paid Media, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of high-impact advertising campaigns for enterprise SaaS clients. Reporting to the Associate Director, you'll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring each campaign aligns with client objectives and delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a set of paid media accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client teams
- Develop quarterly strategies that reflect client goals, market dynamics, and performance insights
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on audience targeting, keyword strategy, and ad creative
- Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to maintain alignment on deliverables, quality standards, and process improvements
- Monitor and refine budget allocation across channels to maximize return on ad spend
- Ensure CRM systems correctly capture and route leads from paid campaigns
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel to guide optimization decisions
- Communicate results and insights clearly, using data to tell compelling stories that inform future strategy
- Support referral growth through strong client relationships and professional networks
- Work closely with leadership to meet both internal targets and client expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years at a performance or digital marketing agency, with direct experience supporting B2B SaaS or tech clients
- Proven track record managing paid search and paid social campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong grasp of PPC fundamentals: keyword research, bid strategies, conversion tracking, and A/B testing
- Skilled in interpreting analytics to drive decisions and measure outcomes using OCT frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and maintain high-quality standards under deadlines
- Competitive mindset paired with intellectual curiosity and a drive to solve complex marketing challenges
- Comfortable traveling occasionally to meet clients, typically once per year per account
Technology Environment
