Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing teammates across paid ads, content, copy, and design to launch and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Guide campaign strategy, manage budgets effectively, and maximize ROI
- Track and analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CPA, and act on insights
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Stay current with platform updates, new ad formats, and targeting features
- For more experienced candidates, help shape scaling strategy and support peer development
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram)
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI at scale
- Metrics-driven, analytical and team-player, able to communicate insights clearly
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus
- Familiarity with landing page tools, analytics platforms, or marketing automation a bonus
