Responsibilities

• Work on day-to-day warehouse operations and order processing across our businesses
• Play a key part in strategic initiatives such as inventory optimization, cross-functional process improvements, and peak season planning
• Serve as primary point of contact for our warehouses
• Collaborate across teams—especially with our Manila team (virtually, no travel required)—to enhance operational effectiveness
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive solutions and support special projects
• Work on coordination with warehouses and shipping carriers to ensure seamless order and inventory movement
• Monitor and analyze supply chain and financial metrics to enhance cost efficiency and customer experience
• Identify and implement process improvements by collaborating with supply chain, customer service, internal teams, and external vendors
• Support with key requirements and testing the implementation of new Order and inventory systems
• Act as a key operations point person in cross-functional meetings, driving alignment and accountability
• Collaborate across geographies, particularly with Manila-based teams (virtually), to ensure consistent execution and process adherence
• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to senior leadership, with insights and recommendations for improving order processing and inventory strategies
• Serve as a subject matter expert on warehouse operations, order flow, and inventory allocation
• Mentor junior team members where appropriate
• Contribute to broader operations strategy through analysis, planning, and execution support on key initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Information Systems
• 24 months of relevant experience in supply chain, working with data analytics or operations, independently managing complex operational processes
• Must put job code (REQ # OPS26-006) on resume

Additional Information

• May Telecommute 2 days per week.
• Collaboration with Manila-based teams is virtual; no travel required.
