What You'll Do
- Oversee end-to-end operational planning, aligning demand and supply across manufacturing sites, external partners, and procurement teams.
- Monitor and manage subcontractor (OSAT) performance, ensuring consistent die loading, assembly, and test schedules are maintained according to agreed capacity levels.
- Track and analyze work-in-progress (WIP) movement, forecast accuracy, and material availability to support on-time delivery and cycle time efficiency.
- Coordinate monthly forecast submissions, allocation commitments, and adjustments in collaboration with sales and business units.
- Identify capacity constraints and recommend actions to scale production up or down based on demand signals.
- Issue and manage production orders, resolve material shortages, and control inventory levels—including slow-moving and obsolete stock.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to improve planning processes, systems, and work instructions.
- Partner with System Engineering to define functional requirements, conduct system testing, and resolve integration issues.
- Address B2B system errors and coordinate with IT to implement solutions.
- Generate and maintain key performance indicators to track planning effectiveness and operational health.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational or supply chain planning within a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting, capacity modeling, and inventory management.
- Experience managing OSAT or outsourced production partners.
- Familiarity with ERP, MES, or planning systems and experience interpreting B2B data flows.
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, procurement, and IT functions to drive process improvements.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on continuous operational improvement.
