- Monitor and manage work-in-progress levels across production stages to maintain optimal throughput
- Analyze capacity requirements and recommend adjustments to meet changing demand patterns
- Prepare and release production orders in line with forecast commitments and available resources
- Track actual production loading against forecasted volumes and adjust plans as needed
- Resolve material shortages, backlog issues, and supply chain disruptions impacting delivery
- Maintain inventory health by identifying and managing slow-moving or obsolete stock
- Collaborate with procurement and raw material teams to ensure supply continuity
- Drive process improvements in planning workflows, systems, and documentation
- Partner with engineering teams to define system requirements and validate functionality
- Generate performance reports and KPIs to track planning accuracy and operational efficiency
- Address system errors and coordinate with IT to resolve integration issues
Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience in supply chain planning, particularly in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments. Expertise in OSAT coordination, capacity planning, and inventory control is essential. Proven ability to analyze data, resolve bottlenecks, and improve planning systems through cross-functional collaboration is required.
