Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable operating systems with a focus on long-term growth, using AI technologies such as Claude to enhance efficiency.
- Create standardized processes, automated workflows, performance benchmarks, and quality controls to enable teams to maintain high placement success during expansion.
- Manage and develop a team of coaching supervisors who lead career coaching and job placement services, fostering skill growth and high performance.
- Own key performance indicators including job placement rates, speed of placement, employer feedback, and overall career progress of participants.
- Analyze performance gaps and develop targeted strategies to improve outcomes.
- Pilot and refine new methods in career coaching, externship assignments, and interactions with hiring partners.
- Leverage data analytics to assess effectiveness and quickly implement data-driven changes.
- Partner across departments, including Product, Learning, and Engineering, to integrate coaching insights into platform tools and student success features.
