NielsenIQ is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to plan, supervise, and control operational activities using management indicators. You will be responsible for identifying and correcting operational problems to ensure production plans are met, while supporting a steadfast commitment to an inclusive workplace that mirrors our diverse markets.
What You'll Do
- Attend to clients, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client visits to follow up on service usage and evaluate new needs.
- Provide client training on solutions and clarify doubts, in person or by phone.
- Understand business problems and opportunities to recommend fitting solutions.
- Prepare project specification documents for new functionalities.
- Accompany information processes and client requests from start to delivery.
- Perform internal activities related to product registration, sales force, and solution access profiles.
- Analyze sell-out and stock information from distribution partners.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate in Business Administration, Project Management, or Marketing.
- Proven experience in customer service and data analysis.
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced or fluent proficiency in English and/or Spanish.

- Experience in relevant industries.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
