Lead operational excellence in a high-growth insurance brokerage by managing core processes, refining workflows, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards. You will play a central role in evaluating how operations function day-to-day, identifying opportunities to enhance performance, reduce friction, and scale effectively across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operational activities, ensuring consistent and reliable service delivery across all functions
- Design, implement, and refine policies and procedures to support efficiency, compliance, and long-term scalability
- Conduct in-depth operational reviews to uncover inefficiencies and lead corrective initiatives
- Analyze product offerings for market fit and profitability, translating insights into practical business and operational actions
- Partner with internal teams to provide operational guidance, troubleshoot challenges, and support company-wide projects
- Engage with external partners, insurers, and vendors to maintain compliant and effective working relationships
- Stay current with evolving industry regulations, market trends, and operational best practices, integrating key developments into planning
- Generate detailed reports, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations using data and operational metrics
Qualifications and Skills
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required. Candidates should bring 2–3 years of experience in insurance operations or a similar domain, with demonstrated strength in analysis, problem-solving, and independent initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and the broader Microsoft Office Suite is essential. CMFAS certifications (BCP, PGI, CGI) are mandatory, with additional credentials (M5, M9, M9A, HI) considered a strong advantage. A solid grasp of insurance regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry standards is highly valued.
Work Environment
