ZenGRC is hiring a Senior National Account Director, Business Development — Pharma (Remote US)

About the Role

Lead the expansion of enterprise software solutions within national pharmaceutical accounts by identifying new opportunities, building executive relationships, and closing complex deals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development within national pharmaceutical organizations
  • Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities in regulated industries
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and compliance decision-makers
  • Lead sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Present product capabilities to executive stakeholders
  • Develop account strategies for long-term growth
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Gather market intelligence to inform sales tactics
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key accounts
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams during the sales process
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all client interactions
  • Advocate for customer needs internally
  • Stay current on industry regulations affecting pharma clients
  • Support product demonstrations tailored to compliance requirements
  • Manage pipeline forecasting with sales leadership
  • Develop executive-level proposals and business cases
  • Navigate complex organizational structures within large pharma companies
  • Ensure smooth handoff to customer success teams post-sale

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
