Life360 is hiring a Senior National Account Director, Business Development — Pharma to lead the strategic sale of our genomic and Real-World Evidence (RWE) data solutions to the top 30 pharmaceutical and biotech companies. In this senior, consultative role, you will identify, engage, and grow relationships with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Diagnostic teams, helping them leverage genomics for smarter trial design and faster regulatory submissions.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business with top 30 pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.
- Execute discovery and validation meetings that uncover high-value use cases in RWE, Clinical Development, and Medical Affairs.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles through contract close, ensuring clarity of value and ROI.
- Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline through proactive outreach (email, call, LinkedIn, events).
- Maintain precise opportunity tracking, forecasting, and documentation in Salesforce.
- Continuously assess territory strategy to ensure balanced opportunity coverage and account prioritization.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing actionable insights to Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
- Represent Genomenon at conferences and industry events, professionally positioning our solutions to key pharma audiences.
- Partner with Field Application Scientists (FAS) and internal stakeholders to scope and deliver impactful pilot projects.
- Develop and execute account plans, set quarterly objectives, and report progress against strategic and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years selling software, data, or RWE solutions into pharmaceutical companies.
- Proven success managing relationships and driving RWE or genomic data sales to Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, or Diagnostic teams.
- A strong personal network within top 30 pharma and related ecosystems.
- Expertise in long-cycle, consultative enterprise sales, consistently exceeding quota.
- The ability to translate complex scientific and data concepts into business value.
- A disciplined, self-starting approach to territory management, prospecting, and forecasting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with credibility at the executive level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience working with Medical Affairs or Evidence Generation teams.
- Familiarity with clinical data sources (EHR, registries, published literature).
- Comfort with AI/ML concepts and bioinformatics workflows.
Team & Environment
Collaborate closely with scientific, customer success, and product teams. You will partner with Field Application Scientists (FAS) and internal stakeholders to deliver value.
