Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end employee relocation programs for assignees in Germany and abroad.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and immigration policies.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to deliver seamless mobility experiences.
  • Manage vendor relationships for housing, transportation, and relocation services.
  • Develop and maintain mobility policy documentation tailored to German legislation.
  • Provide expert guidance on cross-border employment implications.
  • Track and report on mobility metrics and program effectiveness.
  • Support assignee onboarding and cultural integration processes.
  • Coordinate with legal and payroll departments to ensure accurate compensation handling.
  • Advise on cost-effective relocation strategies while maintaining employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years in global mobility or relocation services.
  • In-depth knowledge of German employment and tax laws.
  • Experience with mobility software platforms and data management.
  • Strong understanding of expatriate compensation structures.
  • Proven ability to manage complex relocation cases independently.
  • Fluency in English; German language proficiency preferred.
  • Certification in global mobility or HR is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to interpret legal documents and apply them to mobility cases.
