As a pivotal advisor to the Growth Lead, you'll craft strategies balancing creative vision with data-driven decision-making. Serving as the primary technical client interface, you'll deliver compelling explanations and presentations that illuminate performance, instill confidence, and propel results forward. This role targets UA experts who fundamentally breathe user acquisition and are prepared to comprehensively manage large-scale campaign execution. You'll drive success where others falter—leading app-focused UA work that distinguishes us from conventional agencies. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Own campaign execution. Strategically plan, launch, and optimize mobile-first UA campaigns across critical platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic channels. • Obsess over performance. Analyze every metric, optimize each bid, and relentlessly test to efficiently scale campaigns while achieving ROAS, CPA, and CPI objectives. • Lead the charge. Propel strategies delivering exceptional outcomes for app-marketing clients, guiding them with unparalleled clarity, confidence, and expertise. • Go the extra mile. Fill critical gaps where other agencies underperform—driving results through profound understanding of app-specific user journeys, attribution, and growth mechanisms. • Bring the team along. Collaborate intimately with junior/mid-level Growth Managers, mentoring skill development while aligning with the Growth Lead to transform strategies into operational excellence. • Communicate impact brilliantly. Lead client conversations with transparent results, actionable insights, and an extraordinary ability to elucidate performance gains.
