Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Trainer

Our RBT Trainer plays a crucial role in advancing our mission of personalized autism services by overseeing and guiding clinical training for team members to maintain exceptional quality standards. The professional will also:
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a direct RBT client caseload of 15 hours per week
- Establish therapeutic relationships by becoming a reinforcing presence
- Encourage safe and socially appropriate behavioral replacements
- Systematically reduce prompting to promote client independence
- Enhance desired behavioral frequencies through strategic reinforcement
- Meticulously collect comprehensive behavioral data
- Follow treatment plans with professional judgment
- Participate in behavior analytic client assessments
- Adhere to Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for RBTs
- Preserve client dignity and maintain professional boundaries
- Develop and implement new hire training in Applied Behavior Analysis principles
- Conduct retraining for clinics or staff as necessary
- Facilitate monthly CPR and Safety Care training sessions
- Support new hires through RBT certification process
- Assist staff with Learning Management Systems
- Collaborate on developing new training materials
- Provide hybrid training experiences (remote and in-person)
- Work alongside Quality and Education Director to enhance training programs
- Ensure training meets BACB task list requirements
- Serve as "float" staff during non-training periods
- Complete additional assigned responsibilities
Skills and Competencies:
- Passion for client and team impact
- Valid RBT or BCaBA Certification
- 3+ years ABA experience, including 1+ year leadership
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Confident interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts
- Willingness to travel and work on-site

Base Salary Range: $24 - $26 USD
