About the Role

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, coordinating business processes, and serving as a central point of contact for internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate travel arrangements for staff when needed
  • Track project timelines and deadlines
  • Serve as liaison between departments for operational needs
  • Update and maintain internal databases
  • Prepare correspondence and official documents
  • Monitor service requests and follow up on resolutions
  • Implement process improvements for administrative workflows
  • Assist in organizing training sessions
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Coordinate room bookings and facility needs
  • Track equipment inventory and maintenance schedules
  • Support leadership with calendar and agenda management
  • Compile data for performance reviews
  • Respond to internal inquiries in a timely manner
  • Ensure office policies are communicated and followed
  • Assist during audits or compliance checks
  • Prepare materials for board or executive meetings
