What you'll do As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager II, you'll manage a portfolio of growing customer accounts, engaging directly with finance professionals to maximize Brex's solution utilization. You'll develop comprehensive product expertise, collaborating cross-functionally to create targeted account strategies, driving product adoption, minimizing customer attrition, and expanding account value through strategic insights. Where you'll work This position is located in our Seattle office. We maintain a hybrid work environment, requiring two coordinated in-office days weekly (currently Wednesday and Thursday), transitioning to three days starting February 2, 2026 (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). An attractive remote work option allows up to four weeks of annual fully remote work. Responsibilities • Cultivate deep product understanding to transform customers into platform power users • Proactively manage account portfolios driving adoption and growth • Serve as trusted financial management advisor • Develop multi-dimensional relationships across organizational functions • Conduct executive business reviews showcasing platform ROI • Identify and mitigate potential customer churn risks • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences • Consistently achieve quarterly performance metrics Requirements • 3+ years customer-facing experience in high-growth environments • Comprehensive financial technology ecosystem knowledge • Demonstrated ability managing diverse customer lifecycle stages • Passionate customer goal achievement orientation • Strong financial acumen with executive communication skills • Data analysis and insight generation capabilities • Cross-functional collaboration expertise • Bachelor's degree preferred Bonus Points • Systems-thinking approach • Energized by diverse relationship building Compensation The expected total compensation range is $132,888 to $166,110, determined by factors including location, experience, skills, and market demands.
