About the Role As a Provider Recruiting Associate, you'll be the primary gateway for Registered Dietitians exploring opportunities with Nourish. This role involves crafting an exceptional hiring experience by vetting candidates, managing offer processes, developing engaging communication strategies, and addressing complex professional inquiries. You'll comprehensively manage applicant interactions, helping dietitians make informed career decisions. The position requires taking complete ownership of the recruiting pipeline, refining hiring strategies, and supporting Nourish's mission of improving millions of lives through nutritional healthcare. Reporting to the Director of Provider Growth, you'll join a passionate team committed to expanding access to high-quality nutritional care. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as primary contact for applicants, demonstrating deep understanding of Nourish's value proposition - Drive candidate engagement through proactive outreach - Lead targeted recruiting efforts via personalized communication - Manage recruiting inbox with professional, timely responses - Track and analyze recruiting metrics - Collaborate across internal teams to enhance candidate experience - Implement continuous process improvements Ideal Candidate Qualities: - 3+ years in recruiting or sales development - Exceptional organizational skills - Strong verbal and written communication abilities - Quick learning and process ownership - Creative problem-solving skills - Passion for nutrition and wellness - Experience in fast-paced startup environments, preferably healthcare/tech Please note: U.S. work authorization is required.
