NMI is hiring a Sales Coordinator

About the Role

This role provides critical support to the sales team by handling operational responsibilities, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating timely follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales operations and assist team members with workflow efficiency
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal review
  • Track sales performance metrics and identify data trends
  • Schedule and organize client meetings and sales calls
  • Support the preparation of proposals and quotations
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment
  • Monitor sales pipelines and update deal stages
  • Assist in onboarding new sales team members
  • Manage correspondence with clients and partners
  • Process sales documentation and contracts
  • Follow up on pending approvals and deliverables
  • Coordinate sample shipments and product demonstrations
  • Track inventory levels in collaboration with supply chain
  • Resolve customer inquiries escalated by sales representatives
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
  • Assist in organizing sales training sessions
  • Gather market feedback and share insights with leadership
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales data
  • Support special projects as assigned by sales management
