About the Role
This role provides critical support to the sales team by handling operational responsibilities, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating timely follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operations and assist team members with workflow efficiency
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal review
- Track sales performance metrics and identify data trends
- Schedule and organize client meetings and sales calls
- Support the preparation of proposals and quotations
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment
- Monitor sales pipelines and update deal stages
- Assist in onboarding new sales team members
- Manage correspondence with clients and partners
- Process sales documentation and contracts
- Follow up on pending approvals and deliverables
- Coordinate sample shipments and product demonstrations
- Track inventory levels in collaboration with supply chain
- Resolve customer inquiries escalated by sales representatives
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing sales training sessions
- Gather market feedback and share insights with leadership
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales data
- Support special projects as assigned by sales management
