The Opportunity: We're seeking an Operations Associate for our Credentialing and Enrollment Operations team. This role is essential in facilitating seamless collaboration between internal teams and external payor partners. You'll bridge Credentialing Operations and Payor Partnerships, translating complex requirements into strategic operational approaches. Comfort working across multiple stakeholders, strong relationship-building skills, and understanding Medicaid nuances are key. You should excel in navigating ambiguous environments. What You'll Do: - Manage point of contact for new payor launches, including complex commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid contracts - Convert payor requirements into operational workflows and implement innovative solutions - Analyze delegated credentialing agreements to identify operational risks and collaborate with legal on potential compromises - Serve as a trusted liaison between Payor Partnerships and CredOps, ensuring alignment on processes, priorities, and timelines - Support additional credentialing and enrollment operational workstreams, developing rosters, workflows, and processes You'll Be a Good Fit If You Have: - 2-4 years of program/project management experience focusing on payor operations - Comprehensive understanding of payor requirements across multiple states - Experience with delegated and non-delegated payor workflows - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Strong critical thinking and operational judgment Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt Base Compensation: - Hybrid Commitment: $114,000-$133,000 USD Annually - Fully Remote Commitment: $95,000–$111,000 USD Annually This role offers hybrid (3 days onsite in NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle) or fully remote options, with 2-3 annual travel opportunities.
