Responsibilities
- Design and manage technical events tailored for software developers
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual developer conferences
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align event content with product roadmaps
- Recruit and brief technical speakers and session hosts
- Track attendance, engagement, and feedback metrics for continuous improvement
- Develop event agendas that balance educational, networking, and hands-on components
- Manage event budgets and vendor relationships
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across all event formats
- Produce pre-event communications and promotional materials
- Oversee on-site and online event operations
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live sessions
- Maintain documentation for event playbooks and post-mortems
- Foster relationships with external developer communities
- Integrate branding guidelines into event experiences
- Support post-event follow-up, including content distribution
- Stay current with trends in developer experience and event technology
