Wheelhouse is searching for a proactive Account Manager to support their expanding Enterprise customer ecosystem across EMEA. What you'll be doing:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of Enterprise property operators in EMEA, serving as their strategic pricing and revenue operations partner
- Develop high-trust customer relationships, translating their objectives into measurable success plans
- Engage challenging accounts using empathy, persistence, and strategic commercial approaches
- Communicate platform updates, best practices, and revenue opportunities with clarity
- Collaborate across EU and US teams, navigating time zones through strong documentation and async communication
- Internally advocate for customer needs and influence product roadmap discussions
- Carry revenue retention quota, demonstrating Wheelhouse's value expansion potential
- Track and report key performance metrics at executive level
- Diagnose customer workflow challenges and guide toward optimal solutions
- Support complex account onboarding and change management
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Short-Term Rental industry
- 3-5 years customer retention experience
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Strategic and critical thinking abilities
- Solution-oriented, proactive team player
- Multi-stakeholder account navigation capabilities
- Data interpretation and actionable insight generation
- Europe-based, working UK/CET hours
- English fluency, professional Spanish proficiency
- European hospitality/travel tech customer experience
- 20% travel requirement
