Primary Responsibilities: • Execute NMLS Loan Originator license activities • Evaluate applications from manufactured home retail partners • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with home retail collaborators • Engage prospective homebuyers by exploring lending possibilities • Implement strategic contact and sales approaches utilizing phone and lead management systems • Support documentation gathering and loan processing • Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely loan closures • Maintain exceptional customer communication • Preserve strict confidentiality of sensitive information • Operate autonomously within organizational guidelines • Adhere to safety protocols • Proactively contribute to team and company objectives • Perform additional sales-related tasks as directed Candidate Requirements: • Active NMLS License • High School Diploma/GED • Minimum 2 years college coursework • Preferred experience with Encompass and Velocify • Strong analytical and interpretation capabilities • Mathematical proficiency • Excellent problem-solving skills • Advanced computer literacy • Strong organizational abilities Company Culture: Founded in 1999, Cascade Financial Services specializes in attainable housing mortgages.
