As a Senior Meta Ads Specialist, you’ll design and manage end-to-end advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, focused on driving measurable business outcomes—leads, conversions, and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns aligned with client acquisition goals
- Identify high-value audience segments through research and data analysis
- Design and test ad creatives, copy variations, and landing page approaches
- Optimize performance using key metrics including ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates
- Run structured A/B tests across audiences, placements, and creative elements
- Manage budgets efficiently while scaling successful campaigns
- Track results using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and Facebook Pixel
- Share actionable insights through performance reporting and cross-functional collaboration
What We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
- Proven success in performance marketing, especially lead generation or eCommerce
- Solid grasp of retargeting, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking
- Experience analyzing campaign data to improve ROI and efficiency
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, and analytics tools
- Strong writing skills for crafting compelling, conversion-focused ad copy
- Remote work experience and comfort collaborating across time zones
