Responsibilities
- Support smooth onboarding by engaging in knowledge transfer with the current team to maintain project continuity
- Design and implement scalable enterprise applications using Mendix, translating business needs into technical solutions involving microflows, domain models, pages, and workflows
- Develop high-quality, integrated systems by working with Java developers on custom components, external integrations via REST and SOAP, and maintaining code standards through reviews
- Ensure system reliability by diagnosing and fixing defects, contributing to architectural planning, and supporting decisions that promote scalability and maintainability
- Engage in Agile processes and collaborate with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects successfully
- Promote team development by mentoring colleagues and sharing expertise on best practices in software development

Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth transition: Participate in knowledge transfer activities with the incumbent team to ensure a seamless onboarding and continuity of delivery
- Build robust enterprise applications: Analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications using Mendix, including microflows, domain models, pages, and workflows
- Deliver integrated, high-quality solutions: Collaborate with Java Engineers to develop custom components and integrations, connect applications with external systems through REST, SOAP, and other APIs, and ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to development standards
- Drive technical excellence: Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues, contribute to architecture discussions, and support technical decision-making to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, actively participating in Agile ceremonies to ensure successful project delivery
- Nurture knowledge: Mentor and support team members, sharing expertise and promoting development best practices across the team
