Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced analyses of health plan and employer data to uncover opportunities for improving care quality, provider effectiveness, and cost management
- Convert complex data sets into practical strategies that advance value-based care, population health initiatives, and operational improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define and refine analytic needs, ensuring outputs lead to measurable outcomes
- Develop standardized, user-friendly reports and dashboards that reveal trends, benchmarks, and areas for performance enhancement
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations clearly and effectively to clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Support ongoing enhancements to analytics infrastructure, tools, and data visualization practices to improve insight delivery
