Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage Programmatic campaigns across Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, and related platforms
- Own campaign execution, including setup, pacing, optimization, and campaign QA
- Monitor budgets closely to ensure accurate delivery and minimize errors
- Pull performance reports, analyze results, and surface actionable insights
- Support campaign wrap-ups and larger reporting deliverables such as QBR inputs
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement optimizations and updates
- Manage tasks, timelines, and priorities across multiple accounts using Asana
- Collaborate with media partners and platforms to bring innovative solutions to campaigns
- Proactively identify optimization and upsell opportunities within Programmatic
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience executing Programmatic campaigns in an agency or performance-driven environment
- Strong practical experience building, managing, pacing, and optimizing campaigns across Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to own execution end-to-end, including campaign setup, budget pacing, optimization, and campaign QA
- Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Clear, proactive communication skills and strong internal collaboration habits
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable, with strong project management skills
- Comfortable working primarily in an internal, execution-focused role with limited direct client interaction
