About the Role

Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Senior Media Strategist to join our Commerce team. This role is highly execution-focused and hands-on, responsible for building, managing, pacing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns across multiple client accounts. Success requires strong platform knowledge, clear communication, and excellent project management skills.

What You'll Do

  • Build, launch, and manage Programmatic campaigns across Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, and related platforms.
  • Own campaign execution, including setup, pacing, optimization, and campaign QA.
  • Monitor budgets closely to ensure accurate delivery and minimize errors.
  • Pull performance reports, analyze results, and surface actionable insights.
  • Support campaign wrap-ups and larger reporting deliverables such as QBR inputs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement optimizations and updates.
  • Manage tasks, timelines, and priorities across multiple accounts using Asana.
  • Collaborate with media partners and platforms to bring innovative solutions to campaigns.
  • Proactively identify optimization and upsell opportunities within Programmatic.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience executing Programmatic campaigns in an agency or performance-driven environment.
  • Strong practical experience building, managing, pacing, and optimizing campaigns across Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to own execution end-to-end, including campaign setup, budget pacing, optimization, and campaign QA.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Clear, proactive communication skills and strong internal collaboration habits.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable, with strong project management skills.
  • Comfortable working primarily in an internal, execution-focused role with limited direct client interaction.
