Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Senior Media Strategist to join our Commerce team. This role is highly execution-focused and hands-on, responsible for building, managing, pacing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns across multiple client accounts. Success requires strong platform knowledge, clear communication, and excellent project management skills.
What You'll Do
- Build, launch, and manage Programmatic campaigns across Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, and related platforms.
- Own campaign execution, including setup, pacing, optimization, and campaign QA.
- Monitor budgets closely to ensure accurate delivery and minimize errors.
- Pull performance reports, analyze results, and surface actionable insights.
- Support campaign wrap-ups and larger reporting deliverables such as QBR inputs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement optimizations and updates.
- Manage tasks, timelines, and priorities across multiple accounts using Asana.
- Collaborate with media partners and platforms to bring innovative solutions to campaigns.
- Proactively identify optimization and upsell opportunities within Programmatic.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience executing Programmatic campaigns in an agency or performance-driven environment.
- Strong practical experience building, managing, pacing, and optimizing campaigns across Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to own execution end-to-end, including campaign setup, budget pacing, optimization, and campaign QA.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Clear, proactive communication skills and strong internal collaboration habits.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable, with strong project management skills.
- Comfortable working primarily in an internal, execution-focused role with limited direct client interaction.
