Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Senior Media Strategist | Remote | LATAM Only | 83151

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage Programmatic campaigns across Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, and related platforms
  • Own campaign execution, including setup, pacing, optimization, and campaign QA
  • Monitor budgets closely to ensure accurate delivery and minimize errors
  • Pull performance reports, analyze results, and surface actionable insights
  • Support campaign wrap-ups and larger reporting deliverables such as QBR inputs
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement optimizations and updates
  • Manage tasks, timelines, and priorities across multiple accounts using Asana
  • Collaborate with media partners and platforms to bring innovative solutions to campaigns
  • Proactively identify optimization and upsell opportunities within Programmatic

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience executing Programmatic campaigns in an agency or performance-driven environment
  • Strong practical experience building, managing, pacing, and optimizing campaigns across Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to own execution end-to-end, including campaign setup, budget pacing, optimization, and campaign QA
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
  • Clear, proactive communication skills and strong internal collaboration habits
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable, with strong project management skills
  • Comfortable working primarily in an internal, execution-focused role with limited direct client interaction
