Power Digital is looking for a Senior Media Manager, (Healthcare) to join our team. In this client-facing role, you will shape paid media strategy and planning, lead client conversations, and oversee daily campaign operations across channels like Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Media Supervisor to shape strategy and planning.
- Lead client conversations, reinforce strategic direction, and identify growth opportunities.
- Support the Associate Media Director across key areas of media planning.
- Own daily campaign management, understanding performance drivers and optimizing with intent.
- Turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop new assets, messaging, and design concepts.
- Own all Paid Search strategy, project ideation, road mapping, and testing.
- Work with Account Managers and Media Supervisor to identify client goals and priorities.
- Actively work to increase billing for existing accounts and propose expansion opportunities for new accounts.
- Function as the primary point of contact internally and externally for all 'owned' accounts.
- Generate reporting, write insights, and communicate with clients for designated accounts.
- Perform ongoing account maintenance, including optimizations, structural updates, and copy revisions.
- Design and adjust campaign strategies to meet client business goals.
- Design and deploy tests in accounts on a monthly and quarterly cadence.
- Responsible for continual testing, verification, and improvement of full-funnel structures.
What We're Looking For
- 4-5+ years of paid media experience, primarily in Paid Search.
- Required platform expertise: Google Ads.
- Experience managing paid media budget ranges above $100k per month.
- Experience driving paid media strategy and testing.
- Confident ability to communicate with and convince clients.
- Proficiency in reporting, insights, and optimizing towards client business goals.
- Experience in full project ownership, from writing strategy briefs to deploying campaigns and reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to interface effectively with both internal team members and clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Paid Social, Programmatic, or both.
- Suggested additional platform familiarity: Bing, Meta, a DSP platform.
