About the Role We're seeking a skilled Senior Media Buyer to integrate into our remote workforce. This position is alternatively described as a Paid Ads Manager, Paid Media Manager, PPC Manager, or Digital Advertising Manager, contingent on your professional background and industry expertise. What Will You Do? • Direct and supervise strategic planning and implementation of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and additional relevant platforms. • Oversee and guide a team of paid media specialists, ensuring campaigns achieve client and organizational objectives. • Create comprehensive ad strategies and budgets for multiple client accounts. • Communicate campaign strategies, performance reports, and results to stakeholders and clients. • Establish processes for performance monitoring, campaign refinement, and comprehensive reporting. • Anticipate platform developments and direct the team in exploring and adopting emerging paid media approaches. Requirements Must-haves: • 5+ years of paid media experience, including minimum 2 years in leadership roles. • Professional English communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related discipline. • Demonstrated success leading Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. • Experience managing and mentoring teams in agency environments. • Comprehensive understanding of performance metrics, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting. • Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail and results-oriented perspective. Nice-to-haves: • Experience with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or alternative platforms. • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications. • Google Analytics Certification. Work-timings: • 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday). Fully remote.
