Responsibilities
- Design and implement global compensation frameworks that support business scalability
- Analyze market data to maintain competitive pay positioning across regions
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align compensation with performance goals
- Develop and maintain job grading architectures for consistency
- Lead annual compensation planning cycles and provide guidance to management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global regulatory standards
- Produce detailed compensation analysis and reporting for leadership review
- Support equity program administration and long-term incentive strategies
- Partner with talent acquisition on offer strategy and benchmarking
- Drive process improvements in compensation systems and tools
- Advocate for pay equity and lead audits to identify and address disparities
- Create clear communication materials for employees and managers
- Manage third-party vendor relationships for survey and software needs
- Stay current on global compensation trends and emerging best practices
- Provide guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring events
- Support workforce planning with data-driven compensation insights
- Ensure consistency in pay practices across diverse geographic locations
- Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs through metrics
- Assist in developing policies related to base, variable, and equity pay
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive compensation data
- Promote transparency in compensation philosophy and decision-making
- Work closely with people analytics to integrate data systems
- Train HR partners on compensation principles and tools
- Identify risks in pay structures and recommend corrective actions
- Contribute to the development of total rewards messaging
