About the Role
This position is responsible for managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations, guiding technical teams, and serving as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, deep Salesforce expertise, and the ability to coordinate across time zones while maintaining project momentum.
Responsibilities
- Direct the planning and execution of Salesforce deployment initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project delivery
- Translate client business requirements into technical solutions
- Oversee data migration, system configuration, and integration workflows
- Lead client workshops to gather and refine implementation needs
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standards
- Manage project timelines, risks, and change control processes
- Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Support user acceptance testing and coordinate issue resolution
- Train client teams on system functionality and post-go-live support
- Collaborate with developers to customize Salesforce environments
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Drive adoption strategies and change management initiatives
- Evaluate post-implementation performance and recommend improvements
Nice to Have
- Advanced Salesforce certifications including Technical Architect
- Experience working with global clients across industries
- PMP or other project management certification
- Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud or Financial Services Cloud
- Experience in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare
