You'll oversee a distributed field team delivering Enhanced Care Management, ensuring financial targets, visit expectations, quality standards, and programmatic requirements are met. This role demands a strategic operator capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll proactively identify performance gaps, utilize data-driven decision-making, and collaborate cross-functionally to remove operational barriers and support organizational scaling.
