Wander is hiring a Senior Marketing Supply Manager to take our supply marketing and lead generation to the next level. This is a high-impact role for a fast-paced, data-driven leader who thrives in startup environments and knows how to build and scale lead pipelines.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the Supply Lead Gen Team, setting priorities, managing performance, and reporting results.
- Drive international supply growth through a strategic priorities plan.
- Lead the development and end-to-end execution of Wander’s supply marketing strategy.
- Own all supply-side content: pagers, collateral, and other assets.
- Produce and distribute the monthly newsletter and blog.
- Lead creative and distribution for supply social ads.
- Develop and execute new property management ad campaigns.
- Manage data vendors and own qualification and enrichment plans.
- Oversee bandwidth planning and contract extensions for Lead Analysts.
- Provide oversight and support for LATAM Sales.
- Collect and promote owner testimonials.
- Oversee uploads and content maintenance.
- Oversee PM video production and gifting strategies.
- Manage Sendoso admin and supply-side engagement tools.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of marketing experience.
- Perfect written and spoken English.
- Strong focus on metrics, reporting, and pipeline performance.
- Skilled at organizing priorities, balancing multiple initiatives, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Thrives in a startup environment, acts with little to no guidance, and responds quickly to evolving needs.
Nice to Have
- Marketing experience ideally in tech or high-growth environments.
- Strong appreciation for design, real estate, and architecture.
- A sales mindset alongside marketing expertise.

You will lead a team of analysts and marketers and report to the Head of Sales.
