About the Role

Wander is hiring a Senior Marketing Supply Manager to take our supply marketing and lead generation to the next level. This is a high-impact role for a fast-paced, data-driven leader who thrives in startup environments and knows how to build and scale lead pipelines.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop the Supply Lead Gen Team, setting priorities, managing performance, and reporting results.
  • Drive international supply growth through a strategic priorities plan.
  • Lead the development and end-to-end execution of Wander’s supply marketing strategy.
  • Own all supply-side content: pagers, collateral, and other assets.
  • Produce and distribute the monthly newsletter and blog.
  • Lead creative and distribution for supply social ads.
  • Develop and execute new property management ad campaigns.
  • Manage data vendors and own qualification and enrichment plans.
  • Oversee bandwidth planning and contract extensions for Lead Analysts.
  • Provide oversight and support for LATAM Sales.
  • Collect and promote owner testimonials.
  • Oversee uploads and content maintenance.
  • Oversee PM video production and gifting strategies.
  • Manage Sendoso admin and supply-side engagement tools.

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of marketing experience.
  • Perfect written and spoken English.
  • Strong focus on metrics, reporting, and pipeline performance.
  • Skilled at organizing priorities, balancing multiple initiatives, and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Thrives in a startup environment, acts with little to no guidance, and responds quickly to evolving needs.

Nice to Have

  • Marketing experience ideally in tech or high-growth environments.
  • Strong appreciation for design, real estate, and architecture.
  • A sales mindset alongside marketing expertise.

Team & Environment

You will lead a team of analysts and marketers and report to the Head of Sales.
