About the Role
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end marketing supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationships, while aligning with marketing and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and procurement strategies for marketing materials
- Manage supplier selection, contracts, and performance evaluations
- Ensure supply chain efficiency and cost optimization
- Coordinate with marketing teams to forecast demand
- Oversee timely production and delivery of marketing assets
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and fulfillment timelines
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply disruptions
- Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement practices
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with creative teams on material specifications
- Negotiate pricing and service level agreements
- Track and report on supply chain KPIs
- Support new product launches with supply readiness
- Manage packaging and labeling compliance across regions
- Evaluate new vendors and onboarding processes
- Optimize order fulfillment workflows
- Lead audits and supplier site assessments
- Align procurement with brand and marketing goals
- Support global expansion with scalable supply solutions
