Drive the design and implementation of integrated treatment pathway programs in European hospitals to address systemic capacity challenges in transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) services. This role focuses on enhancing both clinical outcomes and organizational performance through strategic marketing leadership and program innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy scalable hospital pathway solutions that respond to evolving patient treatment demands in the EU
- Lead strategic marketing initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives for TAVI programs using the SAPIEN platform
- Collaborate with internal teams, hospital partners, and external stakeholders to refine and integrate program offerings
- Design, pilot, and iterate program enhancements based on real-world feedback and performance data
- Communicate program value effectively to faculty, hospital decision-makers, field teams, and leadership
- Strengthen engagement by demonstrating measurable impact on hospital operations and patient access
- Maintain strategic alignment with program faculty to ensure continuous improvement and relevance
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare. Proven background in managing complex hospital programs, strategic planning, or healthcare operations—particularly in medical devices or pharmaceuticals—is essential. Strong project management, analytical capabilities, and experience across global, regional, and local marketing environments are required.
Fluency in English is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate professional credibility, integrity, and success in delivering large-scale initiatives. Experience influencing cross-functional teams and communicating with senior leadership is critical. Multilingual abilities in German, French, Italian, or Spanish are advantageous.
