Edwards Lifesciences is hiring a Senior Marketing Program Manager – Hospital Programs (TAVI)

Shape the future of cardiovascular care by leading strategic marketing programs that address critical hospital capacity challenges across Europe. In this role, you will evolve existing treatment pathway initiatives into integrated, high-impact solutions centered on the SAPIEN platform, ensuring hospitals can deliver safe, timely patient care through transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic redesign and continuous improvement of hospital-based programs to meet evolving clinical and operational demands
  • Develop and refine program frameworks through testing, feedback loops, and data-driven adjustments
  • Communicate program value and updates effectively to external partners including hospital stakeholders, clinical faculty, and program collaborators
  • Align internal teams through clear messaging, training, and engagement strategies for field organizations and marketing partners
  • Foster strong collaboration with program faculty to ensure relevance, alignment, and responsiveness to real-world treatment environments
  • Represent marketing leadership in cross-functional initiatives, balancing priorities and driving execution across complex, fast-moving environments

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 years in sales, marketing, or healthcare settings emphasizing program and strategy management. Proven success in managing large-scale initiatives within healthcare—particularly in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or hospital systems—is essential.

Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages (such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish) highly valued. Strong analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills are critical for influencing outcomes across global, regional, and local levels.

Work Environment and Benefits

This hybrid role is based in Italy, with flexibility for remote work and adaptable scheduling. The position operates within a diverse, inclusive culture committed to employee development, wellness, and environmental responsibility. The organization is certified under ISO30415 for Diversity & Inclusion and supports ongoing learning, mentorship networks, and community engagement.

Benefits include competitive compensation, an employee stock purchase plan, life and disability insurance, telemedical services, meal vouchers, service recognition awards, and a comprehensive wellness program featuring preventive health screenings, fitness support, and charitable activities.

All candidates must comply with company policies related to safety, health, and environmental protection, and demonstrate accountability in risk prevention and regulatory adherence.
