Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of user acquisition campaigns across diverse digital channels, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
  • Spearhead the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of user acquisition campaigns, providing strategic recommendations for optimization.
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights for informed campaign planning and continuous enhancement.
  • Produce in-depth reports on campaign performance, offering strategic insights and recommendations for iterative improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and untapped opportunities for user acquisition.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and digital marketing, driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Robust understanding of advanced marketing principles and concepts, with demonstrated experience in strategic campaign management.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
  • Experience in managing online advertising campaigns, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical prowess and quantitative skills, coupled with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in utilizing advanced data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, or Google Sheets.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with leading digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Unity Ads, etc., with a proven ability to maximize their potential.
  • Extensive experience in mobile game advertising.
