Delinea is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager - Planning and Insights to lead our marketing insights, planning, and program management initiatives. In this strategic role reporting to the VP Global Growth Marketing, you will partner closely with the marketing leadership team to drive excellence in planning, insights, reporting, transformation, and budget management.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and orchestration of our annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Deliver actionable analysis on marketing performance and uncover opportunities for growth.
- Develop and manage a suite of marketing management reports and dashboards.
- Lead key transformational projects.
- Support the VP Global Growth Marketing with management of the marketing organization budget.
- Manage the annual, half yearly, and quarterly marketing planning process across all marketing teams.
- Responsible for reporting and analysis on growth marketing performance, including marketing budget management and return on marketing investment.
- Use marketing and business data to identify opportunities for growth and work with teams to scope growth campaigns and programs.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of marketing experience at high-growth tech companies.
- Strong B2B marketing background within the technology sector.
- Broad marketing expertise, with hands-on experience in planning, demand generation, digital, channel, and field marketing.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities with ease.
- Performs well under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Confident working with marketing data, performance metrics, and systems to drive decision-making.
- Experience operating within a global marketing organization, navigating cross-regional collaboration.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong capabilities in budget oversight and marketing performance measurement.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
