About the Role

Bristol Myers Squibb / RayzeBio, Inc is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager - Oncology & Hematology to lead marketing activities for specific indications and tumor types. You will oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing-related activities in this critical therapeutic space.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Brand Planning and set strategic priorities for current and future indications.
  • Create an annual execution plan with activities for national, regional, and local levels, including speaker programs, advisory boards, public relations events, and disease education.
  • Conceptualize and execute integrated brand campaigns with promotional content that communicates the science behind our products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to monitor product performance and the external environment using appropriate tools, taking corrective action to meet business objectives.
  • Identify market insights and opportunities via market research and thought leader interactions, anticipating market developments and executing tactical plans.
  • Efficiently and effectively allocate brand marketing expenses across initiatives.
  • Liaise closely with multiple cross-functional teams including Sales, Regulatory & Compliance, Supply Chain and Quality, and Medical.
  • Plan and execute key internal meetings such as Plan of Action and National Sales Meetings.
  • Lead the development of key strategic partnerships, both internally and externally with local agencies and content/media partners.
  • Ensure the sales team receives appropriate training on a regular basis.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years overall experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in the Oncology/Hematology field.
  • Ability to translate the Patient Journey into meaningful insights and tactics.
  • Experience in Brand Strategy & Planning, Go-To-Market Models, Customer intelligence, brand intelligence, and identifying opportunities to win across HCP segments and patient types.
  • English language proficiency.

Nice to Have

  • Previous Sales experience.
  • Experience working with thought leaders in Oncology/Hematology.
  • Hindi language proficiency.

You will work in a dynamic environment that requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Regulatory & Compliance, Supply Chain and Quality, and Medical teams.
