Capital One Ad Solutions is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Go To Market and Sales Enablement to define and communicate our product suite's value proposition and differentiators. In this hands-on role, you will reimagine our client-facing brand and work across cross-functional teams to enable our sales team with effective tools.
What You'll Do
- Own the creation of all sales collateral in partnership with a contracted designer, including quarterly Media Kits, product one-sheeters, conference-specific collateral, client-facing deck templates, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Be the final eye on all collateral, ensuring a commitment to excellence in external materials and holding a high bar for clarity and execution.
- Manage external facing site design, email design and social channels.
- Be the expert on our target audience(s), understanding who they are, what they need, and how to communicate our value proposition.
- Manage competitive intelligence gathering on a quarterly basis and ensure Capital One Shopping is best in class.
- Perform value proposition analysis, gain internal & external alignment, and bring that messaging to life across all creative and customer segments.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and materials to effectively communicate the product value proposition.
- Collaborate with the Events team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging for all external conferences and client meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 6 years of experience in a marketing, sales enablement or go-to-market role
Nice to Have
- Master’s Degree
- 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Retail Media
