Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Project Engineer to join our team. This role is critical for supervising daily site activities with a primary focus on civil works. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure all work is executed according to drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors to maintain quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
What You'll Do
- Supervise daily activities at the site, concentrating on civil works.
- Assist the Project Manager in the execution of civil activities.
- Execute work at the site as per the drawings and specification.
- Prepare MIS reports (Daily reports).
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure quality execution, safety, and timely completion of the job as per schedule.
- Monitor contractor work.
- Assist the QA/QC in-charge to ensure quality parameters are met.
What We're Looking For
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English and the local language.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
