ONE Sotheby's International Realty is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (Development Division) to lead brand positioning and marketing for our luxury real estate projects. You will drive the pre-development planning, positioning, marketing, PR, and sales support for new developments, collaborating with agencies and internal teams to bring exceptional products to market.
What You'll Do
- Manage corporate marketing strategies under the direction of the Marketing Director, SVP of Sales, and CMO.
- Lead brand positioning for the Development Division across all corporate channels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project marketing plans, programs, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with external creative agencies and internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
- Analyze key marketing performance metrics, provide market research, forecasts, and competitive analyses.
- Attend weekly Development Division management meetings and all sales and marketing developer meetings.
- Review and approve all inbound and outbound creative assets from both B2B and B2C perspectives.
- Provide insight and strategy for RFP opportunities.
- Liaise with the sales team early to provide marketing support and assist with strategy.
- Organize and drive follow-up action items and implement project management communication processes.
- Represent ONE SIR and its projects at real estate forums, broker events, and sales missions.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years’ experience in high-end luxury residential real estate and/or luxury hospitality.
- Experience successfully bringing new projects to market.
- Prior branded residential and sales knowledge.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with establishing and managing budgets.
- Experience in managing and directing strategic partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Exceptional in-person and written communication skills.
- A proven self-starter who can independently lead both strategy and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to take complex projects from conception to successful execution.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
- Experience working with associates, vendors, or customers in remote locations and international markets across multiple time zones.
- Strong team player with the ability to foster relationships and collaborate across disciplines.
- Experience overseeing the design and production of print and digital materials and publications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
- Strong tactical delivery with a good eye for detail.
