About the Role
Lead demand generation strategy and pipeline growth in a B2B SaaS environment, driving measurable results through data-driven campaigns and cross-functional collaboration with sales. Manage a high-performing team and contribute to key marketing initiatives with a focus on performance optimization and revenue impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to increase pipeline volume, quality, and conversion rates in line with set targets.
- Take full ownership for achieving pipeline goals, going beyond campaign metrics to ensure revenue contribution.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, sharing accountability for pipeline development and revenue outcomes.
- Utilize CRM and marketing data platforms such as Hub游戏副本HubSpot to monitor performance, refine campaigns, and enhance conversion efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team with a focus on results-oriented culture and delivery excellence.
- Serve as a key support to the Director of Marketing by leading critical initiatives and stepping in when needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Proven background in B2B SaaS, with direct responsibility for demand generation and pipeline delivery.
- Consistent success in meeting or exceeding pipeline or revenue targets.
- Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns including paid media, email, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align marketing spend to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot to track, manage, and optimize pipeline performance.
- Validated experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on demand generation and pipeline expansion.
- Possession of a valid UK driving licence or reliable access to public transportation is mandatory.
- Candidates must already have the unrestricted right to work and travel in the UK.
- Submission of documentary proof of right to work and travel in the UK is required.
